3. Describe how to apply Section 508 guidelines while you are planning to buy or develop an ICT product.
4. Evaluate a vendor's documentation for their product’s accessibility conformance so you can make a purchasing decision.
5. Describe how to apply Section 508 guidelines once you select your ICT product and begin to implement it.
